We have the pleasure of announcing that from today, we have a new sales director starting here at Proactive Recruitment. Kathy McBride brings a plethora of experience to her new role as Sales Director. She has an impressive 35 years of experience in the recruitment industry which was gained at Topstaff Employment. Including experience, Kathy also brings a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment sector which comprises of temporary, permanent and contract recruitment. During Kathy’s time at Topstaff Employment, she specialised in the driving, industrial, commercial and hospitality sectors . Kathy was also a member of the specialist REC Drivers Executive Committee, and was responsible for auditing new driver agencies. She is a welcomed and fantastic addition to our team here at Proactive Recruitment.

As part of Kathy’s new role she will take on a number of responsibilities. Some of these include liaising with current clients and taking charge of business development, with an aim to expand our client and candidate database. With Kathy’s knowledge, expertise and networking connections, the future is very bright here at Proactive. Our strategy moving forward, is to work in partnership to meet as many company’s recruitment needs as possible.
