We are a leading Transport & Logistics & General Recruitment Agency, and we are looking for a sharp, high-energy Driving Recruitment Consultant to take the wheel of a fast-paced, established transport desk. Started in 1996 we have over 60 years experience in the recruitment industry.

What you will do;
- Drive Business Growth: Actively cold call, network and sign up local transport and distribution and logisitics companies.
- Manage the Candidate Pipe Line: Source, interview, background-check, and onboard HGV Class 1, Class 2, van drivers and warehouse staff.
- Ensure Full Compliance: Strictly verify drivers licence, CPC cards, Digit Tachograph date, and legal driving hour limitations.
- Deliver Seamless Service: Fill high-volumes, last minute temporary shift bookings and permanent placement for keys transport clients.
- Share the on call rota; Participate in and out of hours emergency mobile phone phone rota to assist client and drivers with overnight or early morning issues.
What we are looking for;
- Industry experience; Minimum 12-24 months of experience working as a recruitment consultant, ideally specialising in driving, logistics or industrial sectors.
- Sales Grit: A proven track record of hitting targets, converting business leads, and growing a recruitment desk.
- Compliance Mindset; Basic knowledge of transport industry regulations, including UK drivers’ hours and working times rules, is highly advantageous.
- Thick Skins & Resilience: The ability to multitask and stay calm when a driver lets you at 6am.
- Mobility: A full UK driving licence is essential to attend face to face client visits.
