Job Description:
Our client based in Coatbridge are looking for 2* Customer Service Advisor/Administrator*, to join their team. This will be on a temporary on going basis to start with, however could go permanent for the right candidates.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.
- Assist customers with account management, including troubleshooting issues and processing transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to resolve complex queries effectively.

Hours – Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (Can be negotiated).
Pay – £13.45 p/h – weeklu pay!
